Spring 2026 campaign

  • Sign a lease for a home with move in during April or May and get the first month rent free.
  • The offer applies to new tenants and move-ins at Campus Star through May 2026. The offer of a rent free month is conditional upon the next rent payment being made in accordance with the agreement. If payment is not made on time, the discount will be withdrawn and the previously rent free month will be charged.
