At Campus Start, we offer newly built, climate-smart, and space-efficient apartments, ranging from 16 sqm one-room apartments with a kitchen (1 room and kitchen) to spacious 50 sqm two-room apartments with a kitchen (2 rooms and kitchen). All apartments have a private kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • Reserve the apartment and sign the contract once you receive your admission letter on December 9. Please let us know that you wish to reserve the apartment when you contact us at info@sbsstudent.se.
  • A monthly fee of SEK 399 for the dishwasher and washing machine is added to the monthly rent. This fee is already included in the advertised rent.
  • Drop-in viewings are held every Wednesday at 4:30 PM in our show apartment (16 sqm), or by appointment. Please meet outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41 if you would like to attend. No viewings are held on public holidays.
  • Built-in storage is available in the hallway/living area.
  • Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and sink.
  • Bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin, mirrored cabinet, shower, and toilet.
  • Optional extras, such as a microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher, can be added for an additional monthly fee.
  • The rent includes heating, cold water, and internet (250/250 Mbps).
  • Electricity and hot water are charged separately based on individual consumption.
  • Access to study rooms, a gym, a cinema room, and bookable shared kitchens is included in the rent.

  • The rent is based on the 2026 rental level and will be adjusted for 2027.
