At Campus Stella, we offer bright, modern rooms in a shared-living setup where you share a kitchen, living room, and bathroom with other students. Large windows provide plenty of natural light, and the interiors feature a light, neutral color palette.

Good to know:

  • Campaign: If you sign a lease with a move-in date no later than October 1st, you receive a 50% discount on your October rent. Valid from September 8, 2026.
  • The unit and room come furnished according to the inventory list.
  • Kitchens are equipped with a fridge-freezer and an induction cooktop.
  • Rent includes heating, internet, and cold and hot water consumption.
  • A fixed monthly fee of SEK 205 for electricity is added; this is already included in the advertised rent.
  • We comply with the National Board of Housing, Building and Planning’s (Boverket) regulations regarding overcrowding.
  • The rent is based on 2026 rates and will be adjusted for 2027 once rent negotiations are concluded.
