Spring 2026 campaign
- Sign a lease for a home with move-in in May and get the first month rent-free.
- The offer applies to new tenants and move-ins at Campus Star through May 2026. The offer of a rent free month is conditional upon the next rent payment being made in accordance with the agreement. If payment is not made on time, the discount will be withdrawn and the previously rent free month will be charged.

What’s good about living here is the people, and I think my apartment is very fresh. Extremely fresh actually, and the gym too. That’s what I love, it’s “super nice”.

The best thing about living here is the community, both the neighbors and that many of my friends live nearby. I also appreciate that it’s just a short 10-minute walk to campus.
