At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart and space-efficient apartments ranging from 1 room and kitchenette (16 sqm) to spacious 2-room apartments (50 sqm). All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • Reservation: You can reserve an apartment and sign the contract once you receive your admission notice on 9 December. Please let us know that you wish to reserve an apartment when you contact us at info@sbsstudent.se.
  • Additional fee: A monthly fee of SEK 250 applies for a microwave and mattress in the apartment. This is already included in the advertised rent.
  • Viewings: Drop-in viewings are held every Wednesday at 16:30 in our 16 sqm show apartment, or by appointment. If you wish to attend, please meet outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41. No viewings are held on public holidays.
  • Storage and bed: The hallway and room have built-in storage, as well as a built-in bed frame measuring 105 × 200 cm.
  • Kitchen: Equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven and sink.
  • Bathroom: Equipped with a washbasin, mirror cabinet, shower and toilet.
  • Additional options: You can add optional extras such as a microwave, washing machine and mattress for an additional monthly fee.
  • Included in the rent: Heating, cold water consumption and broadband (250/250 Mbps).
  • Electricity and hot water: Consumption is measured individually and charged separately according to actual usage.
  • Facilities: Study rooms, gym, cinema room and bookable communal kitchens are included in the rent.
  • Occupancy: We follow the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning’s regulations regarding overcrowding.
  • Rent: The advertised rent is based on 2026 rates and will be adjusted for 2027.
