Good to know:

  • This apartment operates on a 10-month rent payment schedule, meaning no rent is charged for June and July. The rent listed in the ad is based on a 12-month calculation; your contract will specify the rent for the 10-month payment period, so the monthly amount will be higher than shown in the ad. However, the total annual rent remains the same, regardless of whether it is billed over ten or twelve months.
