Good to know:

  • This apartment operates on a 10-month rent schedule, meaning June and July are rent-free. The rent listed in the ad is based on a 12-month calculation. Your lease agreement will specify the rent for the 10-month payment period, so the monthly amount will be higher than the figure in the ad. However, the total annual rent remains the same, regardless of whether it is billed over ten or twelve months.
  • We adhere to the National Board of Housing, Building and Planning’s (Boverket) regulations regarding overcrowding.
