At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart, and space-efficient apartments ranging from 16 sqm one-room apartments to spacious 50 sqm two-room apartments. All apartments have a private kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • A monthly fee of SEK 467 is added to the rent for the dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine installed in the apartment. This fee is already included in the advertised rent.
  • Drop-in viewings are held every Wednesday at 4:30 PM in our 16 sqm show apartment, or by appointment. If you would like to attend, please meet outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41. No viewings are held on public holidays.
  • Built-in storage is available in the hallway and living area.
  • The kitchen is equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, a stove with an oven, and a sink.
  • The bathroom includes a washbasin, mirror cabinet, shower, and toilet.
  • Optional add-ons, such as a microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher, can be added for an additional monthly fee.
  • The rent includes heating, cold water, and high-speed internet (250/250 Mbps).
  • Electricity and hot water are charged separately based on individual consumption.
  • Access to study rooms, a gym, a cinema room, and bookable shared kitchens is included in the rent.
