At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart, and space-efficient apartments ranging from 1-room units (16 sqm) to spacious 2-room apartments (50 sqm). All apartments include a private kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • A fee of 182 SEK/month is added for a mattress in the apartment. This is already included in the advertised rent.
  • Open house viewings are held every other Wednesday (odd weeks) at 16:30 in our show apartment (16 sqm), or by appointment. Meeting point is outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41. No viewings are held on public holidays.
  • Built-in storage is available in the hallway/room.
  • Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and sink.
  • Bathrooms include a sink, mirror cabinet, shower, and toilet.
  • Optional add-ons such as a microwave, washing machine, and mattress are available for an additional monthly fee.
  • The rent includes heating, cold water, and internet (250/250).
  • Electricity and hot water are charged based on individual consumption.
  • Study rooms, a gym, a cinema room, and bookable kitchens are included for tenants.
