At Campus Stella, we offer bright and modern rooms in corridor-style accommodation where you share a kitchen, living room and bathroom with other students. The large windows provide plenty of natural light, and the accommodation is furnished in light and neutral tones.

Good to know:

  • The accommodation and room are furnished according to the inventory list.
  • The kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge and freezer, and induction hob.
  • Heating, internet, and hot and cold water consumption are included in the rent.
  • A fixed electricity charge of SEK 205/month applies. This charge is already included in the rent displayed in the listing.
  • We follow the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning’s regulations regarding overcrowding.
  • The rent is based on the 2026 rental level and will be adjusted for 2027 once the rent negotiations have been concluded.
