At Campus Kajen, you will find affordable, furnished one-room apartments (studio-style) with private kitchens and bathrooms. These 26-square-meter apartments all feature private entrances from the external walkway facing the inner courtyard, and some offer views of the water.
Good to know:
- The apartment is rented as student housing on a short-term contract; the maximum occupancy period is 4 years.
- The unit is furnished according to the inventory list below.
- Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, a stove with an oven, and a sink.
- The rent includes heating, electricity, hot and cold water, and internet (250/250 Mbps).
- The unit has its own water heater; there is a limited supply of hot water per use.
- Pets are not allowed.
- We follow Boverket’s regulations on overcrowding.
- The stated rent applies to 2025 levels and will be adjusted for 2026 following the conclusion of negotiations.
