At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart and space-efficient apartments, ranging from 1-room apartments of 16 sqm to spacious 2-room apartments of 50 sqm. All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom.
Good to know:
- Campaign: If you sign a lease for an apartment with a move-in date no later than October 1, you will receive 50% off your October rent. The campaign is valid from September 8, 2026.
- Additional fee: An additional fee of SEK 182/month applies for a mattress in the apartment. This fee is already included in the rent stated in the advertisement.
- Viewings: Drop-in viewings are held every Wednesday at 4:30 PM, or by appointment, in our show apartment (16 sqm). If you would like to attend, please meet outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41. Viewings are not held on public holidays.
- Built-in bed frame: 105 × 200 cm.
- Storage: Built-in storage is available in the hallway/room.
- Kitchen: Equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and sink.
- Bathroom: Equipped with a sink, mirror cabinet, shower, and toilet.
- Optional extras: Additional options such as a microwave, washing machine, and mattress can be added for an additional monthly fee.
- Included in the rent: Heating, cold water consumption, and internet (250/250 Mbps).
- Electricity and hot water: Charged separately based on the tenant’s measured consumption.
- Shared facilities: Study rooms, gym, cinema room, and bookable kitchens are included in the rent.

The apartment type is also available with a French balcony or regular window.
