At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart, and space-efficient apartments ranging from 1-room apartments of 16 sqm to spacious 2-room apartments of 50 sqm. All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • A monthly fee of SEK 581 is added to the rent for a mattress, dishwasher, and washing machine in the apartment. This fee is included in the advertised rent.
  • Open house viewings are held every other Wednesday at 4:30 PM in our show apartment (16 sqm), or by appointment. If you would like to attend, please meet outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41. No viewings are held on public holidays.
  • The hallway and living area feature built-in storage and a built-in bed frame measuring 105 x 200 cm.
  • Kitchens are equipped with a combined refrigerator/freezer, a stove with an oven, and a sink.
  • Bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin, mirrored cabinet, shower, and toilet.
  • Optional extras such as a microwave, washing machine, and mattress can be added for an additional monthly fee.
  • The rent includes heating, cold water consumption, and internet access (250/250 Mbps).
  • Electricity and hot water consumption are charged separately based on actual usage.
  • Access to study rooms, a gym, a cinema room, and bookable kitchens is included in the rent.
