At Campus Star we offer newly built, climate-smart and space-efficient apartments from 1 Rok of 16 sqm to spacious 2 Rok of 50 sqm. All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • A fee of 176 SEK/month is added in addition to the monthly rent for a dishwasher in the apartment. This is included in the advertised rent.
  • Drop-in viewings are held every other Wednesday of odd weeks at 4:30 PM in our viewing apartment (16 sqm), or by arrangement. Meeting takes place outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41 if you wish to participate. Viewings do not take place on holidays.
  • Built-in storage is available in the hall/room.
  • Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven and sink.
  • Bathrooms are equipped with a sink, mirror cabinet, shower and toilet.
  • The possibility of extra options such as microwave, washing machine and dishwasher can be added for a monthly fee.
  • The rent includes heating, cold water consumption and internet (250/250).
  • Electricity and hot water consumption is charged to the tenant according to metered consumption.
  • Study room, gym, cinema room and bookable kitchen are included in the rent.
