At Campus Star, we offer newly produced, climate-smart, and space-efficient apartments ranging from 1 room and kitchen (16 sqm) to spacious 2 room and kitchen apartments (up to 50 sqm). All apartments have a private kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • A monthly fee of 182 SEK is added to the rent for a dishwasher in the apartment. This is included in the advertised rent.
  • Drop-in viewings are held every other Wednesday (odd weeks) at 16:30 in our show apartment (16 sqm), or by appointment. Meeting point is outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41 if you wish to attend. No viewings are held on public holidays.
  • Built-in storage is available in the hallway/room.
  • The kitchen is equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and sink.
  • The bathroom is equipped with a sink, mirror cabinet, shower, and toilet.
  • Optional extras such as a microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher can be added for an additional monthly cost.
  • The rent includes heating, cold water consumption, and internet (250/250 Mbps).
  • Electricity and hot water are charged according to actual consumption.
  • Study rooms, gym, cinema room, and bookable kitchens are included in the rent.
