Move in or out

It’s always exciting to move to a new home, but there’s also a lot to think about! Under the tabs moving in and moving out, you can read what applies to our student housing.

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, you can check “Frequently Asked Questions” or find the information in our housing app available on Google Play or App Store. Below are some quick tips before moving in:

• Don’t forget to change your address, you can do this via www.adressandring.se.
• Home insurance is a requirement to live with SBS. Make sure to have one in place by the day you move in. Through the housing app, we have insured your home with Hedvig, completely free for 30 days from the move-in date, provided you download the housing app.
  Go into the housing app to ensure you have received insurance.
• Students may be eligible for housing allowance from Försäkringskassan. Visit their website to see if you qualify for a housing allowance.
