At Campus Luna, you live in newly built, space-efficient, and furnished 1-room apartments or unfurnished 2-room apartments, all featuring a private kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, a stove with an oven, and a sink. The hallway includes a wardrobe for storage, and there is an additional storage unit within the apartment.
  • The rent includes heating, cold and hot water consumption, and internet (250/250).
  • Tenants must set up their own electricity contract.
  • We adhere to the National Board of Housing, Building and Planning’s (Boverket) regulations regarding overcrowding.
  • The stated rent reflects 2026 levels and will be adjusted for 2027 once rent negotiations are concluded.

In the immediate area you will find everything you need, grocery stores, restaurants such as Green Thai Kitchen and Alcatraz, the StiL Sportcenter gym and beautiful exercise trails and recreation areas. With good bus connections, you can get to central Luleå in about 15 minutes.

The building has shared laundry rooms, a sauna, an elevator/platform lift, an environmental station, a bicycle rack and car parking. Everything for an easy and wonderful student life!
