At Campus Aurora, we offer accommodation ranging from furnished and unfurnished one-room apartments (with kitchenette/kitchen) to unfurnished three-room apartments, all with private kitchens and bathrooms, as well as furnished corridor rooms where the kitchen and bathroom are shared with other students of the same gender.

Good to know:

  • Kitchens are equipped with a fridge-freezer, a stove with an oven, and a sink. A storage unit is included with the apartment.
  • The rent includes heating, electricity, hot and cold water, and internet (250/250 Mbps).
  • We adhere to the National Board of Housing, Building and Planning’s (Boverket) regulations regarding overcrowding.
  • The stated rent is based on 2026 levels and will be adjusted for 2027 once rent negotiations are concluded.
  • No rent is charged for June and July.

With good bus connections, you can get to central Luleå in about 15 minutes.
