At Campus Elsa, we offer newly built, space-efficient homes ranging from 16 to 22 sqm.

Good to know:

  • A monthly fee of SEK 592 is added to the base rent to cover the mattress, microwave, and washing machine provided in the apartment; this amount is included in the advertised rent.
  • Units up to 22 sqm feature built-in hallway storage, a sleeping alcove, and a custom-built bed frame (105×200 cm).
  • Kitchens are equipped with a fridge-freezer combo, a stove with an oven, and a sink.
  • Bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin, mirrored cabinet, shower, and toilet.

We also offer a bookable community room equipped with, among other things, a ping pong table, kitchenette, and areas for studies and various types of events.
