Good to know:

  • You may reserve a unit and sign your agreement upon receiving your admission notification on December 9. Please indicate your wish to reserve a unit when contacting us at info@sbsstudent.se.
  • There is a wardrobe in the hallway for convenient storage.
  • The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, sink, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
  • The rent includes heating, cold water, and broadband internet (250/250 Mbit/s).
  • A fixed monthly charge of 280 SEK for electricity and 140 SEK for hot water applies; these costs are already factored into the stated rent.
  • We adhere to the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning (Boverket) guidelines regarding overcrowding.
  • The stated rent is based on 2026 price levels and will be adjusted for 2027.
