At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart and space-efficient apartments, ranging from 1-room apartments of 16 sqm to spacious 2-room apartments of 50 sqm. All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom.
Good to know:
- Campaign: If you sign a lease for an apartment with a move-in date no later than October 1, you will receive 50% off your October rent. The campaign is valid from September 8, 2026.
- Drop-in viewings are held every Wednesday at 4:30 PM in our show apartment (16 sqm), or by appointment. If you would like to attend, please meet outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41. Viewings are not held on public holidays.
- The hall and room include built-in storage and a built-in bed frame measuring 105 × 200 cm.
- The kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and sink.
- The bathrooms are equipped with a sink, mirror cabinet, shower, and toilet.
- Optional extras such as a microwave, washing machine, and mattress can be added for an additional monthly fee.
- The rent includes heating, cold water consumption, and internet (250/250 Mbps).
- Electricity and hot water consumption are charged separately based on the tenant’s measured consumption.
- Study rooms, a gym, a cinema room, and bookable kitchens are included in the rent.

The apartment type is also available with a French balcony or regular window.
- We follow the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning (Boverket) regulations regarding overcrowding.
- The rent is based on the 2026 rent level and will be adjusted for 2027.
