At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart, and space-efficient apartments, ranging from 1-room apartments (1 ROK) of 16 sqm to spacious 2-room apartments (2 ROK) of 50 sqm. All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

Drop-in viewings are held every other Wednesday on odd weeks at 16:30 in our 16 sqm show apartment, or by appointment. Meet outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41 if you wish to join. Viewings do not take place on public holidays.

Built-in storage is available in the hall/room.

Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and sink.

Bathrooms are equipped with a sink, mirror cabinet, shower, and toilet.

Optional extras such as microwave, washing machine, and mattress can be added for an additional monthly fee.

Rent includes heating, cold water consumption, and internet (250/250 Mbps).

Electricity and hot water consumption are billed to the tenant based on measured usage.

Study room, gym, cinema room, and bookable kitchens are included in the rent.
