At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart and space-efficient apartments, ranging from 1-room apartments of 16 sqm to spacious 2-room apartments of 50 sqm. All apartments have a private kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • Campaign: If you sign a contract for an apartment with a move-in date no later than 1 October, you will receive a 50% discount on your October rent. The campaign is valid from 8 September 2026.
  • A fee of SEK 467/month applies for a microwave, mattress and washing machine in the apartment. This fee is already included in the advertised rent.
  • Drop-in viewings are held every Wednesday at 4:30 PM in our 16 sqm show apartment, or by appointment. If you would like to attend, please meet outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41. Viewings are not held on public holidays.
  • The hall and room have built-in storage and a built-in bed frame measuring 105 × 200 cm.
  • The kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven and sink.
  • The bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin, mirrored cabinet, shower and toilet.
  • Optional extras such as a microwave, washing machine and mattress can be added for an additional monthly fee.
  • The rent includes heating, cold water consumption and broadband (250/250 Mbps).
  • Electricity and hot water consumption are charged separately based on actual consumption.
  • Study rooms, gym, cinema room and bookable kitchens are included in the rent.

  • We follow the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning’s regulations regarding overcrowding.
  • The rent is based on the 2026 rental level and will be adjusted for 2027.
