At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart and space-efficient apartments ranging from 1 room and kitchenette (16 sqm) to spacious 2-room apartments (50 sqm). All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom.
Good to know:
Campaign: If you sign a contract for an apartment with a move-in date of 1 October or 1 November, you will receive 50% off your first month’s rent. Valid from 8 September 2026.
A fee of SEK 399/month is added to the monthly rent for a washing machine and mattress in the apartment. This is already included in the advertised rent.
Drop-in viewings are held every Wednesday at 4:30 PM in our show apartment (16 sqm), or by appointment. If you would like to attend, please meet outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41. Viewings are not held on public holidays.
The hallway and room have built-in storage and a built-in bed frame measuring 105 × 200 cm.
Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven and sink.
Bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin, mirrored cabinet, shower and toilet.
Additional options such as a microwave, washing machine and mattress can be added for a monthly fee.
The rent includes heating, cold water consumption and broadband (250/250 Mbps).
Electricity and hot water consumption are charged to the tenant based on actual usage.
Study rooms, gym, cinema room and bookable kitchens are included in the rent.

The apartment type is also available with a French balcony or standard windows.
We follow the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning’s regulations regarding overcrowding.
The rent is based on the 2026 rental level and will be adjusted for 2027.
