At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart, and space-efficient apartments ranging from 1-room apartments (1 ROK) of 16 sqm to spacious 2-room apartments (2 ROK) of 50 sqm. All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • A fee of 182 SEK/month is added to the rent for a mattress in the apartment. This is included in the advertised rent.
  • Drop-in viewings are held every Wednesday at 16:30 in our 16 sqm show apartment, or by appointment. Meeting point is outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41 if you wish to attend. Viewings are not held on public holidays.
  • Built-in bed frame (105 × 200 cm)
  • Built-in storage is available in the hall/room.
  • Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and sink.
  • Bathrooms are equipped with a sink, mirror cabinet, shower, and toilet.
  • Optional extras such as microwave, washing machine, and mattress can be added for an additional monthly fee.
  • Rent includes heating, cold water consumption, and internet (250/250).
  • Electricity and hot water consumption are billed to the tenant according to actual usage.
  • Study rooms, gym, cinema room, and bookable kitchens are included in the rent.
