På Campus Star erbjuder vi nyproducerade, klimatsmarta och yteffektiva lägenhetern på 1 Rok om 16 kvm till rymliga 2 Rok om 50 kvm. Alla lägenheter har eget kök och badrum.

Bra att veta:

  • Campaign: If you sign a lease agreement for an apartment with a move-in date of June 1, you will receive a 50% discount on your first month’s rent. Valid from May 26, 2026.
  • A fee of SEK 182/month will be added to the monthly rent for the bed mattress in the apartment. This is included in the rent stated in the advertisement.
  • Drop-in viewings take place every Wednesday at 16:30, or by appointment, in our viewing apartment (16 sqm). The meeting point is outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41 if you wish to attend. Viewings are not held on public holidays.
  • Built-in bed frame (105 × 200 cm).
  • Built-in storage is available in the hallway/room.
  • Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and sink.
  • Bathrooms are equipped with a sink, mirror cabinet, shower, and toilet.
  • Optional add-ons such as a microwave, washing machine, and mattress can be added for an additional monthly cost.
  • The rent includes heating, cold water consumption, and internet (250/250).
  • Electricity and hot water consumption are charged to the tenant according to actual usage.
  • Study rooms, gym, cinema room, and bookable kitchens are included in the rent.
