At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart, and space-efficient apartments ranging from 1-room apartments of 16 sqm to spacious 2-room apartments of 50 sqm. All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • Drop-in viewings are held every Wednesday at 4:30 PM in our show apartment (16 sqm), or by appointment. If you would like to attend, please meet outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41. Please note that viewings are not held on public holidays.
  • The hallway and living area feature built-in storage and a built-in bed frame measuring 105 x 200 cm.
  • Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and sink.
  • Bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin, mirrored cabinet, shower, and toilet.
  • Optional add-ons such as a microwave oven, washing machine, and mattress can be added for an additional monthly fee.
  • The rent includes heating, cold water consumption, and internet (250/250 Mbps).
  • Electricity and hot water consumption are charged separately based on individual usage.
  • Access to study rooms, a gym, a cinema room, and bookable kitchens is included in the rent.
