At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart and space-efficient apartments, ranging from 1-room apartments of 16 sqm to spacious 2-room apartments of 50 sqm. All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • Campaign: If you sign a contract for an apartment with a move-in date no later than 1 November, you will receive a 50% discount on your November rent. The campaign is valid from 18 September 2026.
  • Viewings: Drop-in viewings are held every Wednesday at 4:30 PM in our show apartment (16 sqm), or by appointment. If you would like to attend, please meet outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41. Viewings are not held on public holidays.
  • Storage and bed frame: Built-in storage and a built-in bed frame measuring 105 × 200 cm are available in the hallway and room.
  • Kitchen: The kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and sink.
  • Bathroom: The bathrooms are equipped with a sink, mirror cabinet, shower, and toilet.
  • Optional extras: Additional options such as a microwave, washing machine, and mattress can be added for an additional monthly fee.
  • Included in the rent: Heating, cold water consumption, and internet (250/250 Mbps).
  • Electricity and hot water: Electricity and hot water are charged separately based on the tenant’s measured consumption.
  • Shared facilities: Study rooms, gym, cinema room, and bookable kitchens are included in the rent.

The apartment type is also available with a French balcony or a regular window.

  • Overcrowding: We follow the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning’s regulations regarding overcrowding.
  • Rent: The rent is based on the 2026 rent level and will be adjusted for 2027.
  • Images and 3D tours: The images and 3D tours are for illustrative purposes only. Variations may occur.

Here we offer space-efficient 1 RoK of 16 sqm and spacious 2 RoK of 50 sqm, all located in an area with sustainable properties, low energy consumption and solar cells.
