At Campus Stella, we offer bright, one-room apartments (21–46 sqm) with private kitchens and bathrooms.

Good to know:

  • Campaign: If you sign a contract for an apartment with a move-in date on 1 October or 1 November, you will receive a 50% discount on your first month’s rent. The campaign is valid from 8 September 2026.
  • Earlier move-in is not possible.
  • The hallway features a wardrobe for convenient storage.
  • Kitchens are equipped with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
  • Bathrooms are equipped with a sink, vanity cabinet, shower, and toilet. At Nekvägen 27–29, the bathroom also includes a washing machine.
  • Rent includes heating, internet, and cold and hot water consumption.
  • A fixed monthly fee of SEK 205 for electricity consumption applies; this is included in the advertised rent.
  • We adhere to the National Board of Housing, Building and Planning’s (Boverket) regulations regarding overcrowding.
  • The rent is stated at the 2026 level and will be adjusted for 2027.
