At Campus Stella, we offer bright 1-room apartments ranging from 21 to 46 sqm, each with a private kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • Campaign: Sign a contract for an apartment with a move-in date no later than 1 October and receive 50% off your October rent. The campaign is valid from 8 September 2026.
  • The hallway includes a wardrobe for convenient storage.
  • The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
  • The bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin, vanity unit, shower, and toilet. Apartments at Nekvägen 27–29 also have a washing machine in the bathroom.
  • The rent includes heating, internet, and cold and hot water consumption.
  • A fixed monthly electricity fee of SEK 205 applies. This fee is already included in the advertised rent.
  • We follow the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning’s regulations regarding overcrowding.
  • The rent is based on the 2026 rental level and will be adjusted for 2027.
