At Campus Stella, we offer bright 1-room apartments ranging from 21 to 46 sqm, each with a private kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

Campaign: If you sign a contract for an apartment with a move-in date no later than October 1, you will receive 50% off your October rent. Valid from September 8, 2026.

The hallway has a built-in wardrobe for convenient storage.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave and refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The bathrooms are equipped with a sink, under-sink cabinet, shower and toilet. Apartments at Nekvägen 27–29 also have a washing machine in the bathroom.

Heating, cold and hot water consumption, and 250/250 Mbps broadband are included in the rent.

A fixed electricity fee of SEK 205/month applies and is included in the advertised rent.

We follow the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning’s regulations regarding overcrowding.

The rent is based on the 2026 rental level and will be adjusted for 2027.
