At Campus Stella, we offer bright 1-room apartments ranging from 21 to 46 sqm, all with a private kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • Campaign: If you sign a contract for an apartment with a move-in date on 1 October or 1 November, you will receive a 50% discount on your first month’s rent. The campaign is valid from 8 September 2026.
  • The hallway includes a wardrobe for convenient storage.
  • The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave and fridge with a freezer compartment.
  • The bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin, vanity unit, shower and toilet. Apartments at Nekvägen 27–29 also have a washing machine in the bathroom.
  • Heating, cold and hot water, as well as broadband (250/250 Mbps) are included in the rent.
  • A fixed fee of SEK 205/month for electricity consumption is added. This fee is already included in the advertised rent.
  • We follow the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning (Boverket) regulations regarding overcrowding.
  • The rent is based on the 2026 rental level and will be adjusted for 2027.
