At Campus Stella, we offer bright, modern rooms in a corridor-style living arrangement where you share a kitchen, living room, and bathroom with other students. Large windows provide plenty of natural light, and the interiors feature light, neutral tones.

Good to know:

  • Campaign: If you sign a lease with a move-in date no later than October 1st, you receive a 50% discount on your October rent. Valid from September 8, 2026.
  • No floor plan is available.
  • You have your own private room.
  • Two rooms share a bathroom.
  • The kitchen and living room are shared with the other seven students on the same floor.
  • The accommodation and room are furnished according to the inventory list.
  • Kitchens are equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, and induction cooktop.
  • Rent includes heating, internet, and cold and hot water consumption.
  • A fixed fee of SEK 205/month for electricity consumption applies; this is included in the advertised rent.
  • We comply with the National Board of Housing, Building and Planning’s (Boverket) regulations regarding overcrowding.
  • The rent is based on 2026 levels and will be adjusted for 2027 once rent negotiations are concluded.
