At Campus Star we offer newly produced, climate-smart and space-efficient apartments ranging from 1 room and kitchen of 16 sqm to spacious 2 rooms and kitchen of 50 sqm. All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • Drop-in viewings are held every Wednesday at 16:30 in our show apartment (16 sqm), or by appointment. Meeting point is outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41 if you wish to attend. No viewings on public holidays.
  • An additional fee of 399 SEK/month will be added on top of the monthly rent for the washing machine and bed mattress in the apartment. This is already included in the rent stated in the advertisement.
  • In the hallway and room there is built-in storage and a built-in bed frame of 105×200 cm.
  • Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and sink.
  • Bathrooms are equipped with a sink, mirror cabinet, shower, and toilet.
  • Options such as microwave, washing machine and mattress can be added for a monthly cost.
  • Heating, cold water consumption and internet (250/250) are included in the rent.
  • Electricity and hot water consumption are charged to the tenant according to metered usage.
