At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart and space-efficient apartments, ranging from 16 sqm 1-room apartments to spacious 50 sqm 2-room apartments. All apartments have a private kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • Campaign: If you sign a contract for an apartment with a move-in date of 1 October or 1 November, you will receive a 50% discount on your first month’s rent. Valid from 8 September 2026.
  • Viewings: Drop-in viewings are held every Wednesday at 4:30 PM in our show apartment (16 sqm), or by appointment. If you would like to attend, please meet outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41. Viewings are not held on public holidays.
  • Built-in storage is available in the hallway and room.
  • The kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven and sink.
  • The bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin, mirrored cabinet, shower and toilet.
  • Optional extras, such as a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, can be added for an additional monthly fee.
  • The rent includes heating, cold water and broadband (250/250 Mbps).
  • Electricity and hot water are charged separately based on actual consumption.
  • Study rooms, a gym, cinema room and bookable communal kitchens are included in the rent.

The apartment type is also available with a French balcony or windows only.

  • We follow the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning’s regulations regarding overcrowding.
  • The rents are based on the 2026 rental levels and will be adjusted for 2027.
