At Campus Stella, we offer bright studio apartments ranging from 21–46 sqm, all with their own kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • Campaign: If you sign a rental agreement for an apartment with a move-in date in November or December 1, you will receive a 50% discount on your first month’s rent. Valid from October 15, 2026.
  • The hallway is equipped with a wardrobe for convenient storage.
  • The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave and fridge with a freezer compartment.
  • The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, vanity unit, shower and toilet. Apartments at Nekvägen 27–29 also have a washing machine in the bathroom.
  • Heating, internet, and cold and hot water consumption are included in the rent.
  • A fixed electricity fee of SEK 205/month applies and is already included in the advertised rent.
  • The rent is based on the 2026 rental level and will be adjusted for 2027.
