At Campus Luna, you will live in newly built, space-efficient units—ranging from one-room apartments (furnished) to two-room apartments (unfurnished)—each with its own kitchen and bathroom.
Good to know:
- The unit is furnished according to the furniture list below. There is a wardrobe for storage in the hallway.
- The kitchen is equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, a stove with an oven, and a sink.
- The rent includes heating, cold and hot water consumption, and broadband internet (250/250 Mbps).
- Tenants must set up their own electricity contract.
- Access to common areas—such as a gym, a communal lounge, and a sauna—is included in the rent.
- We adhere to the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning (Boverket) regulations regarding overcrowding.
- The stated rent is based on 2026 levels and will be adjusted for 2027 once rent negotiations are concluded.
- No rent is charged for June and July.
