At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart and space-efficient apartments, ranging from 1-room apartments of 16 sqm to spacious 2-room apartments of 50 sqm. All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • An additional monthly fee of SEK 182 applies for the mattress provided in the apartment. This cost is already included in the advertised rent.
  • Drop-in viewings are held every Wednesday at 16:30 in our show apartment (16 sqm), or by appointment. If you would like to attend, please meet outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41. No viewings are held on public holidays.
  • Built-in storage is available in the hallway and room, as well as a built-in bed frame measuring 105 × 200 cm.
  • Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven and sink.
  • Bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin, mirror cabinet, shower and toilet.
  • Optional extras such as a microwave, washing machine and mattress can be added for an additional monthly fee.
  • Heating, cold water consumption and broadband (250/250 Mbps) are included in the rent.
  • Electricity and hot water consumption are charged separately based on actual usage.
  • Study rooms, gym, cinema room and bookable communal kitchens are included in the rent.
  • We follow the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning (Boverket) regulations regarding overcrowding.
  • The rent is based on the 2026 rental level and will be adjusted for 2027.
