At Campus Artisten, we offer smart studio apartments (1 room + kitchenette) ranging from 21 to 34 sqm, complete with a private kitchen and bathroom. Larger units with two rooms and up to 46 sqm of space are also available if you wish to live with a friend or partner, or simply want more room.

Good to know:

  • Reserve the apartment and sign the contract upon receiving your admission notification on December 9. Please state that you wish to reserve the apartment when contacting us at info@sbsstudent.se.
  • Promotion: Right now, you receive a SEK 600 monthly discount for one year when signing a contract with us. The advertised rent already reflects this discount. The standard rent is SEK 6,510/month—with no rent charged for June and July. This offer applies to contracts signed on or after September 21.
  • This apartment operates on a 10-month rent schedule, meaning no rent is charged for June and July. The monthly rent shown in the ad is calculated based on a twelve-month period; however, the total annual cost remains the same regardless of whether it is billed over ten or twelve months.
  • We adhere to the National Board of Housing, Building and Planning’s (Boverket) regulations regarding overcrowding.
