Good to know:

  • Campaign: For new contracts signed—50% rent discount in October for new tenants moving in by October 1st.
  • This apartment operates on a 10-month rent payment schedule, meaning no rent is charged for June and July. The rent listed in the ad is based on a 12-month calculation. Your contract will specify the rent for the 10-month payment period, so the monthly amount will be higher than shown in the ad; however, the total annual rent remains the same regardless of whether it is billed over ten or twelve months.
