At Campus Elsa, we offer newly built, space-efficient homes ranging from 16 sqm to 22 sqm.

Good to know:

  • A monthly fee of 510 SEK is added to the base rent to cover a mattress and a washing machine provided in the unit; no rent is charged for June and July. This fee is already included in the rent amount stated in the listing.
  • Units up to 22 sqm feature built-in storage in the hallway, a sleeping alcove, and a custom-built bed frame (105×200 cm).
  • Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, a stove with an oven, and a sink.
  • Bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin, a mirrored cabinet, a shower, and a toilet.
