At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart, and space-efficient apartments ranging from 1-room apartments (16 sqm) to spacious 2-room apartments (50 sqm). All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

A fee of SEK 217/month for the in-apartment washing machine is added to the monthly rent. This fee is included in the advertised rent.

Drop-in viewings are held every Wednesday at 4:30 PM in our 16 sqm show apartment, or by appointment. If you wish to attend, please meet outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41. Please note that viewings are not held on public holidays.

Built-in storage is available in the hallway/room.

The kitchen is equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and sink.

The bathroom includes a washbasin, mirrored cabinet, shower, and toilet.

Optional add-ons such as a microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher can be added for an additional monthly fee.

The rent includes heating, cold water consumption, and high-speed internet (250/250 Mbps).

Electricity and hot water are charged separately based on individual consumption.

Access to study rooms, a gym, a cinema room, and bookable communal kitchens is included in the rent.

The rent stated is based on the 2026 rent level and will be adjusted for 2027.
