At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart, and space-efficient apartments, ranging from 16 sqm one-room apartments with a kitchen (1 room and kitchen) to spacious 50 sqm two-room apartments with a kitchen (2 rooms and kitchen). All apartments have a private kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • A monthly fee of SEK 182 for the mattress is added to the monthly rent. This fee is already included in the advertised rent.
  • Drop-in viewings are held every Wednesday at 4:30 PM in our show apartment (16 sqm), or by appointment. Please meet outside the entrance at • Nekvägen 41 if you wish to attend. No viewings are held on public holidays.
  • The hallway and living area include built-in storage and a built-in bed frame measuring 105 × 200 cm.
  • Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and sink.
  • Bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin, mirrored cabinet, shower, and toilet.
  • Optional extras, such as a microwave, washing machine, and mattress, can be added for an additional monthly fee.
  • The rent includes heating, cold water, and internet (250/250 Mbps).
  • Electricity and hot water are charged separately based on individual consumption.
  • Access to study rooms, a gym, a cinema room, and bookable shared kitchens is included in the rent.
