At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart, and space-efficient apartments ranging from 1-room apartments (16 sqm) to spacious 2-room apartments (50 sqm). All apartments include a private kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • Drop-in viewings are held every Wednesday at 4:30 PM in our show apartment (16 sqm), or by appointment. If you would like to attend, please meet outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41. Viewings are not held on public holidays.
  • Built-in storage is available in the hallway and/or living area.
  • Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and sink.
  • Bathrooms include a washbasin, mirrored cabinet, shower, and toilet.
  • Optional add-ons such as a microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher can be added for an additional monthly fee.
  • The rent includes heating, cold water consumption, and internet access (250/250 Mbps).
  • Electricity and hot water consumption are charged separately based on actual usage.
  • Access to study rooms, a gym, a cinema room, and bookable communal kitchens is included in the rent.
