For the best possible comfort

All our tenants should feel comfortable and know they live in a safe and pleasant environment.

That’s why it’s important for everyone to respect the rules and regulations in place. Below is practical information to make it more enjoyable and pleasant for everyone in our student housing.

Upon receiving complaints

If we receive complaints from other tenants that you are not following the issued house rules or if there are repeated disturbances from you, a warning letter will first be sent to give you an opportunity to correct the issue. If there is no improvement despite the warning letter, it will lead to the termination of your rental contract.

Remember, you are responsible, so take care of your student housing!

House rules

  • Be mindful not to play music too loudly. You can play music during the day, but remember to be considerate.
  • It should be quiet in the building between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Consider that it might be easiest to talk to your neighbors; it’s good to build good relationships. If you’re planning a small party, please inform your neighbors beforehand to avoid any issues.
  • Avoid wearing shoes indoors, especially if you live upstairs.
  • Avoid shaking tablecloths, rugs, or bed linens on balconies or similar areas.
