From application to move-in – it’s that simple
Applying for housing with us is easy. Here you can see all the steps you go through before you can move into your new student accommodation.

1Register
The first thing you need to do is register an account – it's completely free. Create a complete profile, you don't need to be a student to collect points, and you can start collecting queue points from the age of 13.

2Collect queue points
From the registration date, you collect queue points every day. The more points you have, the greater the chance of getting housing.

3Submit expression of interest
When it's time to apply for housing, upload your admission letter/registration certificate to your profile and submit an expression of interest for your desired accommodation.

4Respond to offer
If you have enough queue points and meet the criteria, you will receive an offer via email that you can accept or decline.

5Sign the lease
Congratulations! It's time to sign the lease. You will receive the contract from us and access to the accommodation on the specified date. Read the contract carefully and more about moving in through our app.

Yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like! We offer modern, secure student housing in 18 Nordic cities – with everything you need to live, study, and live your way. Private kitchen and bathroom, digital management via the app, and community through lounges, gym, and events. In short: All the conditions for a great study time, where housing isn’t something that bothers you!
You register completely free and collect points every day you are in the queue. When a housing becomes available, you can apply – the more points you have, the greater the chance of getting your dream accommodation.
No! Being in our housing queue is always completely free.
Yes and no. You need to be admitted to a program at a university, college, or vocational school to move into one of our student apartments. In some locations, we also offer other types of housing, such as youth apartments.
The earlier, the better – you can register from the age of 13. It costs nothing, but increases your chances.

What is included in the rent for our different student accommodations varies. What is included in each apartment is stated in each individual ad under “Available housing”.
In the app, you can manage everything from rent payments to booking common areas and maintenance requests – conveniently, digitally, and securely.
You will receive all practical information well in advance of moving in digitally via our app – simple and stress-free.
