Youth Apartments
In some cities, we offer youth apartments that you do not need to be a student to apply for. These first-hand contracts are for those who are between 18–27 years old and working at the time of application.

Once you have registered in the housing queue, you can easily and quickly search for student apartments in all our 18 student cities. In some cities, it’s first come, first served – so keep an eye out!

What’s good about living here is the people, and I think my apartment is very fresh. Extremely fresh actually, and the gym too. That’s what I love, it’s “super nice”.
