At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart, and space-efficient apartments ranging from 1-room apartments (1 ROK) of 16 sqm to spacious 2-room apartments (2 ROK) of 50 sqm. All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom.
Good to know:
Campaign: If you sign a lease for an apartment with a move-in date of February 1, February rent is free! Valid from January 15, 2026.
Campaign: If you sign a lease for an apartment with a move-in date of March 1, you will receive 50% off your first month’s rent. Valid from January 15, 2026.
A fee of 176 SEK/month is added on top of the monthly rent for the bed mattress in the apartment. This is included in the advertised rent.
Drop-in viewings are held every other Wednesday (odd weeks) at 16:30 in our model apartment (16 sqm). Meet outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41 if you wish to participate. No viewings are held on public holidays.
Built-in storage is available in the hallway/room.
Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and sink.
Bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin, mirrored cabinet, shower, and toilet.
Optional extras such as a microwave, washing machine, and mattress can be added for an additional monthly cost.
Rent includes heating, cold water consumption, and internet (250/250).
Study rooms, gym, cinema room, and bookable kitchens are included in the rent.
