At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart, and space-efficient apartments, ranging from 1-room apartments (16 sqm) to spacious 2-room apartments (50 sqm). All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

A fee of 242 SEK/month is added on top of the rent for a mattress and microwave in the apartment. This is included in the advertised rent.
Drop-in viewings are held every other Wednesday on odd weeks at 16:30 in our show apartment (16 sqm). Please meet outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41 if you wish to participate.
The hallway includes built-in storage in the hall/room.
Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and sink.
Bathrooms are equipped with a sink, mirror cabinet, shower, and toilet.
Optional extras, such as microwave, washing machine, and mattress, can be added for a monthly fee.
Rent includes heating, cold water consumption, and internet (250/250 Mbps).
Study rooms, gym, cinema room, and bookable kitchens are included in the rent.
