At Campus Star we offer newly produced, climate-smart and space-efficient apartments from 1 Rok of 16 sqm to spacious 2 Rok of 50 sqm. All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom.

Good to know:

  • Campaign: If you sign a contract for an apartment with move-in in March, the month of March is rent-free. Valid from February 27, 2026.
  • A fee of SEK 182/month is added in addition to the monthly rent for a bed mattress in the apartment. This is included in the advertised rent.
  • Drop-in viewings are held every other Wednesday in odd weeks at 4:30 PM,or by appointment in our display home (16 sqm). Meeting takes place outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41 if you wish to participate. Showings do not take place during holidays.
  • In the hall there is built-in storage in the hall/room.
  • Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven and sink.
  • Bathrooms are equipped with a sink, mirror cabinet, shower and toilet.
  • The possibility of extras such as microwave, washing machine and mattress can be added for a monthly fee.
  • The rent includes heating, cold water consumption and internet (250/250).
  • Study room, gym, cinema room and bookable kitchen are included in the rent.
